1) What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, your rights, and how to contact us. It applies to our website, membership areas, emails, and services provided through edufellowship.com (the “Site”).
2) Data we collect
2.1 Account & membership (optional)
Email address, name (if provided), membership tier/status, and sign-in history when you create or use a member account to access content.
2.2 Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe on its systems; we receive limited records (e.g., amount, card brand, last four digits, status, timestamps) for receipts, tax, and fraud prevention.
2.3 Communications
Messages you send us (e.g., email, contact forms) and our replies.
2.4 Email onboarding & newsletters
If you submit a signup form, we use Tally.so to collect your details and Activepieces to relay that submission so we can send a welcome email and a few follow-ups from our Gmail account. Ongoing newsletters and updates are sent using Ghost(Pro)’s built-in email tools. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.
Processors involved: Tally.so (form hosting), Activepieces (automation/relay), Google (Gmail), Ghost(Pro) (email delivery).

Basic server and application logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed, timestamps) for security, troubleshooting, and performance.
